Come help at Benhill Open space and Thomas Wall Large hall directly opposite with the family fun day. The Event: Benhill Community Fun Day About the event: A day to bring the community together. We will have a variety of games and activities as well as a health zone covering different topics with clinicians. The Date: Saturday 31st August The Location: Benhill Open space and Thomas Wall Large hall directly opposite. The Timings: 12 – 4 with set up being 10 – 12. If anyone wants to volunteer for setup only that would be great too. What will we want volunteers to do on the day? There will be a variety of roles, but a lot of emphasis will be put on signposting residents to the various activities/areas, as well as helping with survey completion, helping with the food and drinks, marshalling specific areas such as the health zone, as well as welcoming people and explaining what the event is about. No skills needed other than being friendly and helpful.
