Description

Would you like to work with us in our lovely Manor park providing events for the community? Are you a dog lover? Or is music or art your thing? Lots of roles for people of all ages and fitness levels! Varied voluntary roles for one day only or longer in Manor Park, Sutton. Roles available include event stewards, 'Gophers' (helping stallholders, clearing up etc), SetUp/Tear Down crew (erecting gazebos, puttin up bunting, assisting stallholders), car park stewards directing traffic. All roles are ideally for 2+ hour slots. You can also become a Friend of the Park and help throughout the year. Why these skills are required

These roles are suitable for anyone interested - Some roles - e.g. set up and tear down crews, require a level of physical fitness, but everything else can be adapted to any skill level.

A chance to join the community and get to meet people. The Dog Show is a fun opportunity if you like dogs Folk in the Park (not on in 2024, hoping to be back in 2025) is a great opportunity to gain festival experience and includes seeing some amazing bands free of charge!

These roles are for one day only but we do have opportunities for people interested in the environment to take on roles within our Friends group
