Description

Providing general administrative support; photocopying, filing , mailing and helping with publicity for events/workshops Answering the telephone and taking messages when required Dealing with enquiries that come in via email and post Working co-operatively with other volunteers and trustees to ensure an efficient service

No formal experience is necessary but the skills required of the volunteer are: -An understanding of the groups values and objectives -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Computer literate and comfortable with basic word packages -Being able to work as part of a small team -Punctuality
