We are looking for a person to provide general administrative support such as Photocopying, filing , mailing and helping with publicity for events/workshops Diary Management Recording Data Assisting in preparing reports Answering the telephone and taking messages when required Dealing with enquiries that come in via email and post Working co-operatively with other volunteers and trustees to ensure an efficient service. No formal experience is necessary but the skills required of the volunteer are: -An understanding of the groups values and objectives -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Computer literate and comfortable with MS Word and Excel -Being able to work on your own initiative -Punctuality
