Role Detail

Description

As an Employment Coach with Shaw Trust on our Change Project, you will provide valuable support to young people aged 16 - 24. (This will be performed in person in one of our borough Hubs in East and South East London or online) Often this involves helping to build a person's confidence in getting back into work, therefore in this role you could support someone with any of the following: CVs, Cover Letters, Searching for Jobs, Job Applications, Transferable Skills, Using Job Boards, Performing Mock Interviews.

Time Commitment

Volunteers can support us between Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm. They may offer x1 or x2 hours per week or more.
