Role Detail

Description

As a Wellbeing Coach with Shaw Trust on our Change Project, you will provide valuable support to young people aged 16 - 24. (This will be performed in person in one of our borough Hubs in East and South East London or online) Often this involves helping to build a person's confidence and self-esteem therefore in this role you could support someone with any of the following: Building Confidence, self-belief, motivation, resilience and managing anxiety over several weeks to empower people to better wellbeing

Ideally volunteers will ideally have the relevant qualifications and /or experience of supporting young people aged 16 - 24 with their wellbeing needs such as: Building Confidence, motivation, resilience and managing anxiety.

Time Commitment

Volunteers can support us between Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm. They may offer x1 or x2 hours per week or more.
