- Volunteering for Puffins is an opportunity to give something back to the community, meet new friends and gain new skills in a relaxed and friendly environment. - Be a listening friend to our swimmers and helpers too. - Our swimmers come from all walks of life, they may have a physical or mental disability, or are older and need extra support in the water. - We have regular social activities such as a summer outing, swimming galas and Christmas parties. We need volunteers to help our swimmers to these social venues.
As a helper, you need to have these skills: - Interpersonal - Caring - Coaching - Listening - Teaching

We swim Monday 8-9pm and have a soft drink afterwards until about 9.30pm.
