Role Detail

Description

Our one-to-one mentoring programme is at the core of what we do and is delivered by trained volunteer mentors in the community. Volunteers usually work with a mentee for up to 6 months, providing signposting, practical assistance and ongoing support with the rehabilitation pathways. We aim to empower our mentees and encourage self-confidence and resilience. This may be achieved through a focus on housing, education, employment and addiction issues, depending on individual circumstances. Mentors are supervised and supported by staff and offered training and peer support.

Time Commitment
