Description

This is a weekly programme aimed at engaging and entertaining senior citizens aged over 55 It takes place every Wednesday from 11:00am to 1:00pm and is held at 86-88 Vestry Road, SE5 8PQ Our goal is to provide a safe and secure environment for the seniors to enjoy their time Activities include talking and playing games A hot lunch is provided

- Capable, calm (tolerant/patient) and thorough - Good organisational skills - Ability to dedicate a minimum of 4 hours per week - Ability to commit a minimum of three months (ideally longer) - Sense of humour and perspective - Ability to encourage and support children and vulnerable adults - Ability to communicate effectively - Able to work as part of a small diverse team - Ability to maintain confidentiality - A willingness to learn and show initiative - Some roles may require a DBS check which SCH will carry out on your behalf
