The Empowered Living Team make a real difference to people’s lives by supporting them with their rehab goals. This may involve supervising a rehab exercise programme, providing a hand massage or a listening ear and emotional support. We support people with a life-limiting illness who live in Tower Hamlets, Hackney or Newham.The role may include supervising a patient in carrying out an exercise programme, providing a patient with relaxation/massage and talking to them about their concerns and worries.

You will gain new knowledge and skills health related work experience comprehensive training, regular mentoring the opportunity to make a real difference to someone’s life.
a minimum of 2 hours per week for at least 6 months
