Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO & Chairperson. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with professionalism and discretion.

Why these skills are required

Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize conflicting appointments and ensure the CEO's schedule is optimized. Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested. Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics, agendas, and materials preparation. Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO and other key personnel. Process travel expenses and reimbursements in a timely manner. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO. Track project deadlines, deliverables, and milestones.
