As a Volunteer Assistant Coach, you will work closely with our Head Coaches to deliver top-notch roller sports training. Your involvement will help shape the experiences of diverse groups, fostering their skills in roller and inline skating across various London locations during weekends, evenings, and school holidays.
• Assist in planning and executing roller sports sessions. • Support the ongoing development of participants by maintaining a supportive and motivational training environment. • Implement safety protocols to ensure participant well-being. • Participate in and possibly lead activities during traditional lessons, community projects, clubs, discos, and events. • Continually monitor and evaluate coaching sessions to maximise effectiveness
