The ideal volunteer will have previous experience of minute-taking, is able to use and understand formal language, will be able to write (or type) quickly during meetings, able to follow (sometimes complex) discussions and identify key points, comments and actions. They will also demonstrate excellent written and grammar skills, be professional, confident, and would feel confident in a board-level environment. Finally, able to understand and follow Spring Community Hub's policies and procedures- including confidentiality and GDPR regulations. Assist with administrative and other ad-hoc duties.

The Trustee Board governs and leads the charity to ensure it fulfils its aims, and complies with charity, and other laws. The Trustee Board meets four times a year (with some ad-hoc meetings) to discuss and agree key decisions and actions within the organisation. Volunteering in this role will provide vital support to our Board of Trustees and ultimately ensure growth and development of the organisation. You will be making a big difference in the community.
