The RecordShop is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the Line Manager.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Essential - Experience creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media. - Documenting in store activities through video and photography. - Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation’s brand and social media strategy. - Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Instagram, Twitter, FaceBook & Hootsuite. - Developing new social media strategies and campaigns.- Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns. - Working with the line manager from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent. Desirable - Knowledge of our target audience - Experience in Digital advertising - Storytelling - Writing skills - Teamwork
