As a Volunteer Engagement and Activities Youth Workers, you will help create a fun, safe, and supportive environment where you engage with young people in various ways. The volunteer role also includes motivating young people to participate in sessions and building positive relationships with them by acting as a positive role model and promoting an inclusive culture where all young people are listened to, valued, and cared for.
Free use of the facilities (use of gym requires induction). A hot meal, bottle of water, and a snack free of charge. Team days and staff social events. Training and development opportunities.
4–6 hours per week.
