Our sessions are fun and engaging, involving both group activities and one-to-one discussions. As a mentor you will be paired with a young person, who you will work with each week over the course of the school year, helping them to develop their heir character, exceed their goals and grow in confidence.

Why these skills are required

Whether or not you've worked with young people before we would love to have you come and mentor with us. You will have the opportunity to develop a whole range of skills from communication and team work to leadership and problem solving. You will also be able to meet new people, make new friends and spend two hours a week having fun and knowing you're making a difference!

What is in it for you

All of our projects start during the Autumn, each running for different lengths of time so that you can pick the type of project that best suits you! We run sessions from Monday through to Thursday across a range of locations within London, Manchester and Liverpool. You can pick a project which runs in the afternoons or the evenings, so you will be sure to find something that fits in with your schedule. We do ask that you commit to the full duration of the project as this allows for the best mentee-mentor relationships to form and creates the strongest impact for our young people.
