Anstee Bridge is a therapeutic and creative provision and Charity (Friends of Anstee Bridge) with two sites in Kingston and Richmond (currently whitton) supporting young people aged 11-16 who are struggling with their social, emotional and mental health. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who can commit to a regular slot once a week to support our young people in small groups/1:1 in either Maths/English/Science/Humanities/art (any levels up to GCSE) We are also looking for volunteers who would like to help support the local artists who run the creative Anstee sessions once a week - no experience necessary but a passion to help and support our most vulnerable young people.
For the volunteer Tutor role a good knowledge of the subject eg Maths so that you can support the young people in that subject, additional skills include good communication skills, friendly, kind, good sense of humour and patient For the Volunteer role for supporting the creative sessions the skills needed are good communication skills, friendly, kind, good sense of humour and patient

Either one session (9.45-12 or 12.30-2.30) or a a whole day once a week.
