• Help to maintain and nurture our gardens and grounds • To tidy up and sweep as necessary • To weed and dig as necessary • Each season will bring a particular need on top of these tasks i.e. watering flower beds with particular attention to the potted plants in warmer months, leaf clearing and pruning in Autumn and grass cutting in Spring and Summer. • Tidy tools away as instructed
To have an interest in the work of the Hospice and want to support your community To have an interest in an outside activity and an interest in gardening (no expert knowledge needed) This is a physical role and outside in our grounds

There is no minimum time requirement so you do not need to commit to volunteering every day. On your application form please kindly specify your availability
