• Assist the Education Officer and Visitor Services Department in the delivery of onsite events and activities. • Help run family activities, this could include craft activities, activities trials or wildlife activities. • Santa’s Grotto, this could include being an Elf to help Santa and guide visitors, wrapping presents or helping with the activity trail. • Set up and tidy up event spaces. • Help to provide a safe place for visitors to enjoy the peace and splendour of a rural environment. • Wayfinding: give accurate directions and information to visitors about the farm and activities. • To answer any questions visitors might have about the Farm & Riding School and to direct enquiries to an appropriate member of staff if necessary.
Experience working with children • Trustworthy and reliable • High level of punctuality and reliability • Be happy to work outdoors • Have an interest in animals, farming, or wildlife • Ability to communicate with all visitors in a clear and friendly manner • Aged 18 years and over
