Description

1. Develop positive relationships with older adults through regular visits, phone calls, or virtual communication platforms. 2. Engage in meaningful conversations with older adults, listening to their stories, interests, and concerns with empathy. 3. Provide emotional support and companionship by offering a caring and non-judgmental presence to older adults experiencing loneliness, isolation, or life transitions. 4. Plan and participate in activities or outings based on the interests and preferences of the older adult i.e., going for walks, or chatting over tea.

Frequency: This may depend on the demand for assistance, the number of individuals seeking support, and the capacity of the organization to coordinate volunteer schedules.
