Description

1. Assist older adults in navigating digital devices, such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. 2. Assist in setting up and configuring digital devices i.e., installing applications, adjusting settings, and connecting to Wi-Fi networks. 3. Teach basic digital skills i.e., sending emails, using social media, browsing the internet, and accessing online services (online banking, healthcare portals) 4. Educate older adults on digital safety and security best practices, including how to recognize and avoid online scams, protect personal information, and create strong passwords.
