What do we need? Street Storage is looking for someone who can play a vital role in the safe storage of people's most prized possessions and be part of a team who aims to create a warm, welcoming safe space for people who store with us. Duties would consist of getting people's bags and cases to and from our storage unit when they drop in for belongings as well as greeting people, offering refreshments and generally being on hand for staff and people using Street Storage alike. So a people person with a bit of muscle would be perfect! When? Mondays weekly, 10am-4pm How do I contact you to get involved? People Person with empathy for people experiencing homelessness. Ability to lift semi-heavy items onto trolleys. Minimum 6 month commitment.
Work with a great team of people in an innovative one-of-a-kind homelessness charity. Support people who use our service each week as they come into the centre and be a friendly, welcoming presence as well as an adminitsrative support to our dedicated front line team.
Mondays weekly 10am-4pm, minimum 6 month commitment.
