Happy Baby Community is a charity working in Greater London with pregnant and new mothers who are also seeking asylum. We've grown a strong programme of doula and perinatal support. The families we work with face extreme challenges and vulnerability. The excellent care of doulas gives them comfort that they can't find anywhere else, plus measurably improved perinatal outcomes. We are looking for volunteers to support us with the running of our groups for women and baby asylum seekers in Dalston involving a variety of duties: - General tidying and setting up groups - Befriending - Yoga/massage - Dance - Women's crafts - Online English teaching This is a women only role
