The main role of the Volunteer IT Assistant is to assist WHEAT staff and volunteers with the operation and management of IT equipment and office supplies. Key Tasks include: • To ensure all office equipment (computers, printers, scanners, telephones etc) and office supplies are all in place and in good conditions • To assist staff and volunteers in the proper utilisation of the IT equipment and office supplies • To report in good time any malfunctioning of the IT equipment and office supplies to the line manager
• Relevant knowledge, skills and experience of both hardware and software of the IT equipment • Managerial and operational skills of IT the equipment • Abilities to work in a team
