Fame Star Youth groups on a weekly basis to make bonds and friendships with other young people and to have a place to feel safe and be able to express themselves freely. The youth group is also taught about each sector of the media, from being in front to behind the camera. By the end of each consecutive year the young people would have put together an event to showcase their talents and what they have learnt. We are looking for a reliable and motivated people to be help us collect and understand feedback from people and organisations using our services. You’ll play an essential role in gathering information about our impact in the community. This role is ideal for people who are interested in social work/community work, research, customer service and/or working in the voluntary sector. Tasks include: - Conducting surveys over the phone - If required, assisting clients to complete evaluation forms or surveys - Collecting and analysing feedback from people using our services - Entering survey data - Identifying any further action needed and passing on to appropriate member of the team
