Assist members in completing loan and membership applications and respond to personal, telephone, written and email enquiries from members. Provide members with a high level of customer care as set out in the Credit Union’s Customer Care Policy.
We're looking for individuals who are excellent communicators (both verbally and in writing), proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel, team players, and have experience in handling telephone calls, data entry, and general administration duties.
You will gain experience in personal growth, career advancement, mental and physical health, social connection, contributing to a cause, learning, and cultural exchange.
