Role Detail

Description

We are a well-established leading Training provider in Woolwich for over two decades, providing vocational training for different client groups in our Centre in Woolwich. We are looking for a motivated, organised, and friendly individual who would like to volunteer within our admin office team. •Liaise with customers and our trainees and our partners. •Answering phone calls, taking messages, and connecting calls to proper department. •Processing paperwork for trainees and organising filling systems and updating office databases. •Responding to questions and request for information •Checking and processing trainees’ paperwork and filling documents and sending to our partners as requested. •Supporting the management team where needed with the administration of office functions. •Communication with a variety of customers, trainees and partners via telephone and emails Training will be provided
