• Inputting data that helps to demonstrate our findings, which involves effectively and independently using Microsoft programmes, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel. • Adapting to the array of differing tasks that may come, as our research focuses not on one health service, but a variety, thus, showing interest and capability to work on a host of projects is essential. • Confident using social media websites, as this is where some of the information, such as residents' reviews of services is obtained from. • Assisting with the facilitation of our research projects e.g., helping to organise focus groups, interviews, and online events.
