• Assisting with the Recruiting, training, and supervising new volunteers. • Collecting volunteer information, availability, and skills, and maintaining an up-to-date database. • Following Cray Wanderers volunteering recruitment and induction procedure • Matching volunteers to opportunities that suit their skill sets • Helping to keep records of volunteers’ work, hour and involvement.
• Experience in volunteering and recruitment (desirable) or managing people • Working knowledge of databases. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organisation and team building skills. • Be able to share our strong commitment to the inclusion and equality for all
