Experience in one or more of the following areas would be an advantage: ● Finance ● QuickBooks ● Fundraising ● Policy and procedure Key responsibilities: ● Help the board understand the charity's financial position through financial reports produced through QuickBooks ● Review existing budgets and support IP's director in budget updates for existing grants ● Work with the board on the charity's future strategic plan and financial implications ● Oversee preparation of the annual accounts ● Maintain relationships with the bookkeeper and accountant ● Commitment to advancing the work and ethos of Invisible Palace

Trustee meetings are held quarterly on a Tuesday evening. Other work can be carried out remotely at your own convenience. Anticipated average of one hour per week.
