Role Detail

Description

Helping people in their own homes or community to complete forms such as: Attendance Allowance, Personal Independence Payment, Disability Living Allowance and Housing Benefits Reduction forms. We will provide you with an initial training session and one-to-one mentoring process which will enable you help our clients. A volunteer's comments, "I like knowing that, ultimately, successful claims will enable clients to live fuller lives from the funds they have received. I enjoy getting to know each client and truly understanding the challenges they face."
