Assist in setting up the meeting room at St Paul's Church, Crofton Road, Orpington before the meeting begins at 2:00 PM. Welcome members as they arrive and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Prepare and serve refreshments - tea, coffee, and biscuits. Mingle with members, facilitate conversation, and offer support. Help with tidying up the room after the meeting concludes at 4:30 PM.
Help will be required to set up tables and chairs for the meetings, make the refreshments - tea and coffee - and bring into the meeting. We welcome volunteers to join in the meeting and get to know the members.
