Do Good, Get Fit with GoodGym Bromley GoodGym Bromley is a community of people who get fit by doing good. There are 2 ways you support older people with GoodGym: 1. Missions: these are practical support for older people like changing smoke alarm batteries, collecting prescriptions or mowing the lawn. 2. Social visits: these are visits to the home of an older person for a cup of tea and a chat. Use your exercise to provide practical support for older people in their home and garden.
No experience needed. GoodGym is only open to people 18+.
