Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing fundraising strategies aligned with RollaDome's mission. Research potential funding opportunities and support grant proposal preparation. Cultivate relationships with donors and sponsors through outreach and stewardship activities. Help plan and coordinate fundraising events, including logistics and promotion. Support online fundraising campaigns across digital and social media platforms. Maintain donor records and assist with data analysis to track fundraising performance. Skills & Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Basic understanding of fundraising techniques and nonprofit operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiasm for RollaDome’s mission and youth development. Experience with social media and digital fundraising platforms (desirable but not essential).
