RollaDome All Skate is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper (Volunteer)
To assist with the financial operations of our charity. As a volunteer, you will gain valuable experience in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the charity’s financial reporting and analysis. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their bookkeeping and financial management skills in a nonprofit environment.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Data Management: Assist in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reimbursements. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions. Payroll and Employee Benefits: Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records related to taxes and benefits. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Support the preparation of financial reports. Help with budgeting and financial forecasting. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all financial records are compliant with relevant regulations and internal policies. Communication and Collaboration: Provide support to various departments in the accurate exchange of financial information. Skills & Qualifications: Some experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred. Familiarity with accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and bookkeeping software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
