To lead or assist with sessions within our get active programme.

Detailed Description

Play an important role in improving the health and wellbeing of local people, supporting individuals to develop a more active lifestyle and make positive lifestyle choices. To plan and deliver a range on health and wellbeing programmes including walking programmes, cycling and group exercise sessions. To work with individuals and/or groups with a range of abilities, age ranges and varying backgrounds, including people with a range of physical and mental health conditions. Undertake administrative tasks related to the programme.
