Our Hospital Aftercare Service supports people over 50+ living in Bromley who were recently discharged. Helping to provide clients with shopping support after their stay in hospital by once a week for up to six weeks. Email with weekly updates to the coordinator after each visit keeping her updated about any concerns. Be able to draw on your own emotional resilience and bear mind that service is for a short period only. Attend support groups and training relevant to being a volunteer.
