Liaising with schools Planning intergenerational projects, such as exchanging pictures or letters between residents and children, and encouraging schools to adopt their local care home, and give Christmas gifts to residents who have no relatives. Recruiting a team of volunteers to help Liaising with care home staff Organising the distribution of Christmas gifts to care homes
