Headstone Manor & Museum is Harrow’s fantastic local museum engaging schools and families.
In this role you will support School Sessions, assist Family and Under 5’s Workshops and assist adult talks a craft workshops. You will volunteer alongside the Learning and Engagement Officer to offer a first-class service to local schools and families. Acquire knowledge relating to the history of Harrow, the site, its history and contents. Set up and clearing away tables, chairs and other equipment for sessions and activities. Welcome visitors and register participants if a booked session. And create learning resources with the support of the learning team.

For this role we are looking for someone who is… • Organised with very good communication skills • Confident and energetic with a friendly, chatty disposition. • Committed to child protection. • Enthusiastic about Headstone Manor & Museum • Flexible/ adaptable. • Kind and supportive • Enjoys getting slightly sticky and possibly glittery!

Headstone Manor & Museum is a fifteen minute walk or short bus ride away from the nearest tube station, has plenty of space to lock your bike up as well as free parking. The H9 and H10 services both stop at Pinner View. Harrow and Wealdstone (Bakerloo, Overground and National Rail) – is a 15 minute walk from Headstone Manor. North Harrow (Metropolitan) – is a 15 minute walk/ H10 bus.
