Make a Difference – One Visit at a Time! Be an Independent Visitor and support a young person from Lewisham! Meet once a month for fun activities, build trust, and be a consistent, positive adult in their life.
An Independent Visitor (IV) is an adult volunteer who forms a 1-1 relationship with a young person in care. The relationship is led by the young person with the aim of having fun experiences, trying new things and having someone to talk to.
Befriending, Buddying & Mentoring

Just to befriend a young person in care, to be there for them and to be a positive tole model in their lives. Willing to travel up to an hour and a half to meet your Young Person. Open to trying new activities and learning new skills.
