Early Bird Rough Sleepers' Breakfast Volunteer
999 Club
Thanks to support from Lewisham Council, we are proud to provide free breakfasts to those sleeping rough on the streets of Lewisham. Our Early Bird Breakfast is often the first opportunity for rough sleepers to have hot food, and be able to speak to someone, in a warm, safe environment. To run this service, we need volunteers and this is your chance to help deliver a truly vital programme to support those who are homeless.

You’ll need excellent communication and people skills as well as confidence and enthusiasm. You’ll be working with people who have varying degrees of vulnerability and can, at times, present with behaviour that is challenging. You don’t need to have worked with homeless people before, but a customer services background would be great.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to progress to a career in health or social care.
