A valued member of our volunteer team you will help within our Forest Hill shop to: Receive donations from our supporters Help to sort, label and price our items before sale Welcome, Greet and help our customers Serve customers on the till (training provided) Create wonderful shop displays, re-stock our items on the shop floor
You don’t need any experience to join us as a volunteer, you just need to be willing and helpful with a flexible and enthusiastic approach. Full training is provided and we can be flexible around your availability. In return for your enthusiasm, you will have the opportunity to be part of a wonderful team, gain new skills and experience, and most importantly contribute towards making a difference to our service users and their families. The Role – Charity Shop Volunteer You will help us to: •Receive donations from our supporters •Help to sort, label and price our items before sale •Welcome, Greet and help our customers •Serve customers on the till (training provided) •Create wonderful shop displays, re-stock our items on the shop floor •Light cleaning/tidying duties to keep the shop inviting and well presented

We are flexible on available hours to suit the volunteer, this can be discussed with the manager. We do ask that a minimum commitment of 2 hours a week is preferred.
