We are looking for mentors who can share their experience to help brighten a young person's future
It's one hour a month, for up to a year, mentoring 16-18 year olds at NCC Epping, we are looking for mentors from diverse professional backgrounds who are trained and supported to guide young people achieve their goals and build confidence!

Admin, Basic IT skills - internet & email
We ask our volunteers to sign up to our platform and complete some mandatory online training. Mentors to have 5 years experience, 2 years experience post graduate or retired / on a career break.
Access to our platform’s mentor resources and online training to help you in your mentoring journey. To support and create connections in your local community. A certificate when attending our online Mentor Induction Workshops (optional) Develop skills in guidance, listening and empathy.
One hour a month on a Thursday Morning from 9:30.
