Helping people in their own homes or community to complete forms. We provide full training and ongoing support. Do you have the skills to help clients fill out the forms they are entitled to claim?
Helping people in their own homes or community to complete forms such as: Attendance Allowance, Personal Independence Payment, Disability Living Allowance and Housing Benefits Reduction forms. We will provide you with an initial training session and one-to-one mentoring process which will enable you help our clients. A volunteer's comments, "I like knowing that, ultimately, successful claims will enable clients to live fuller lives from the funds they have received. I enjoy getting to know each client and truly understanding the challenges they face."

Full training is provided, followed up at quarterly working lunch meetings. You would obtain an understanding of benefits and how the system impacts older people's lives. You gain community connections, and meet new people to make a difference to their circumstances.
