Experienced Campaigns Volunteer needed for The View Magazine
We are looking for a creative, organised, and disciplined person to take on a key role within our rapidly expanding organisation. As the Campaigns volunteer you will be central in the implementation of The Views communications strategy. You will be supporting our team in the delivery of all aspects of communications and marketing activity with both key stakeholders and the public. As a campaigner you’ll bring your own ideas, local knowledge and personal experience to your campaigns and help to support the work that The View Magazine does.

Experience of working in communications Experience of campaigning for a just cause Experience of maintaining WordPress website Experience of social media management Experience of planning, managing, and delivering events Ability, skills, knowledge Knowledge and understanding of the experiences of women affected by the justice system Ability to think creatively Ability to use the following software packages, MS Office, Canva, Adobe Photoshop Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including conveying complex information in adaptable ways to different audiences A strong interest in the news and external affairs, with a passion for social justice Have the desire to make a positive impact, particularly for underrepresented communities
A full induction will be given, to understand your role and for a full introduction to the team. You will be given access and a run through of all our policies
