WAVE HUB
Working in a cafe for people with and without learning disabilities. Helping with art classes.
For one day a week (Thursdays) Meeting and chatting to customers. Helping serve food and beverages. Clearing tables. Any other general tasks involved in running a cafe.

An ability to relate to people - especially those with learning difficulties is the most important. An added bonus would be able to help with art and craft sessions (very Thursday afternoon)
Participating in a vibrant hub and cafe with other volunteers and members of staff who are all committed to an inclusive atmosphere. Not only a fun place to volunteer but being able to contribute meaningfully to customers' lives
From 10.30 am to 5pm . But this is flexible

The 102 bus from Golders Green or Edmonton stops very close to the hub.
