As our Volunteer Fundraising & Sponsorship Co-lead, you will bring your passion for fundraising and sponsorship to increase vital financial resources that sustain and expand our community programs. We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and strategic individual to help us diversify our income streams and build long-lasting partner relationships. Key Responsibilities: ● Fundraising Strategy & Planning: Help develop a strong fundraising function and strategy encompassing diverse income streams (grants, corporate partnerships, individual giving, and community fundraising). ● Grants & Trusts: Oversee the research, writing, and submission of compelling grant applications and proposals to charitable trusts, foundations, and government agencies; manage ongoing reporting requirements. ● Corporate Partnerships: Develop and implement strategies to secure corporate sponsorships and collaborations; manage partnership agreements ensuring mutual alignment with our mission. ● Individual Giving: Create strategies to attract and retain individual donors through online campaigns, direct communications, and donor stewardship programs. ● Events & Initiatives: Lead the planning and execution of fundraising events, working collaboratively with volunteers and staff to maximize income and outreach. ● Volunteer Management: Help recruit, train, support, and guide a collaborative team of fundraising volunteers, fostering a positive working environment. ● Reporting & Evaluation: Track and analyse fundraising performance using key metrics, preparing progress reports for the executive team and board to inform future strategy. Outside of this role, you will also have the opportunity to join in our general events, workshops, and volunteer social get-togethers!
