As part of our Pantry team, you'll help create a warm and welcoming space where members feel valued and supported. You'll work alongside staff and fellow volunteers to ensure the Pantry runs smoothly and that everyone who visits has a positive experience. No previous Pantry experience is required – just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to help others.

What You Might Be Doing: • Welcoming members and helping them feel comfortable when they visit • Assisting people to choose food and household items that meet their needs • Helping to unpack and organise deliveries • Keeping shelves tidy, well-stocked, and attractive • Supporting basic food safety and stock rotation procedures • Helping members complete registration or other simple forms • Sharing recipe ideas and tips for making food go further • Working with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive environment • Helping create a positive atmosphere where everyone feels respected and included
