We Welcome
We welcome all - especially people with a little social anxiety, who are lonely, who would benefit from gentle exercise/movement and company. We have attendees to our Walk+Talk programme who are in mobility scooters, or who can only walk a matter of 100m - but we ensure they are welcome and accommodated. The post walk coffee in Nepa provides a lovely opportunity for the group to make bonds even if they are not as physically able.
