The Music Man Project Registration Volunteer provides a warm and welcoming first point of contact for participants and carers attending Music Man Project sessions and events. Volunteers support the smooth running of activities by assisting with registration, sign-in processes, attendance records, and welcoming participants on arrival. They help create a positive, inclusive, and organised environment where everyone feels valued and supported. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, is organised and approachable, and would like to support adults with disabilities through music and community engagement.

Respect for diversity, inclusion, and the dignity of all individuals. An interest in supporting adults with disabilities and promoting inclusive community activities. Basic administrative or reception experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided.
